Best report for Occupancy Tax submissions

To pay Occupancy Tax, I need to provide the total revenue per property, and the total "exempt" revenue per property (Exempt = Bookings on which tax has already been paid, such as AirBNB). The county website then subtracts these to determine the revenue on which tax is due.

There is no good report for this in OR.

The only way I can do it is is run a Tax Summary report including all listing sites, then run another report with just AirBNB.

Surely there is a better way to do this.

Hey Tim,

Sounds like the Tax Detail Report would serve you better here than the Tax Summary Report:

You can include bookings with no tax charges on the Tax Detail report, which would pull in those Airbnb bookings for you on the same report. Setting the report to group by listing site would be preferred:
