Seasonal rules adjust booking restrictions and rates during peak travel periods, holidays, and local events, helping hosts automatically respond to demand. The Seasons grid displays a consolidated Rules column that surfaces every override a season has—including cancellation policies (Direct, Vrbo, Airbnb), second-payment terms, and all stay-night constraints, allowing you to see which policies apply to each season without opening the edit page. Seasons that don't override any rules show "Uses property defaults."
Check out the Seasons grid by navigating to Settings > Pricing > Seasons.
