just signed up today

I just signed up today and this site is overwhelming.  I have already setup my airbnb and vrbo pages but wanted 1 place to manage both of them, be able to make changes in 1 spot and have it update both.  Wanted a service to send out automated messages and also have the ability to have a simple website where people can self book.  but i have no idea where to start.  can someone help?
