Task Management linked to bookings

I would love to have this feature added, but do not see it except for some discussion about it a couple years back.  I do set up reminder emails to myself, but would still like to have a checklist tied/within the booking info that I can see have been completed. Any advice is welcome on what others are currently using. Thank you!
