Make a invoice using the tools of a booking but optionally without date or property

I want to create a separate booking/invoice but could not do this without a booking property on available dates.

I would love a way to do this so I can take advantage of

• Existing Credit Card processor setup
• Customer Record
• List of Inventory Items
• Transaction Options
• Email the Invoice
• and integration with Quickbooks

It seems that this would be not so hard to do and it would help us streamline our workflow and stay more in OR.

As it is now I have to do all of this separately in QBO where I do not have a credit card processor set up.
