Search for key words in property descriptions

It could be great to be able to search for a particular word, for example if you remove a feature you could search for that feature, like sauna, kayak, etc., and make sure you catch all the places it is mentioned in your property listing.

This would be a nice feature.  I also think this search functionality should also look at the property name and property address so that someone looking for a property by name or by a portion of the street address, then the matching properties will appear in the search results.
