As of June 2024, Airbnb released a feature allowing channel integration connected hosts to change listing content directly on Airbnb after their channel integration connection is complete. However, doing so will lock the modified listing content fields so they can no longer be overwritten by the OwnerRez channel integration connection. This can be any listing field, attribute, or amenity.
If you inadvertently modified and locked those listing content fields on the Airbnb platform, you can unlock these fields by logging into your Airbnb account > listing > preferences > Property management software > and opting to manage from OwnerRez instead. This action unlocks all attributes simultaneously.
Accessibility Amenities
It is important to note that Airbnb requires at least one photo for each Accessibility Amenity for all Airbnb Channel Integrated properties that have set them. For more specific information, see the Airbnb article for hosts, Adding Accessibility Features to Listings.
