Orana Stay allows you to engage and amaze your guests after they book with a Digital Welcome Guide & Concierge.
The Integrate Sites feature must be enabled for content to sync properly. You can enable this feature in your billing section inside OwnerRez.
Steps for integration:
1. Log in to Orana Stay here.
2. Once logged into the dashboard, click the settings icon in the upper right and select integrations.
3. On the integrations page select Connect under OwnerRez.
4. A popup will appear where you need to check "I agree to the terms and conditions" and then click Connect.
5. An authorization window will appear and you must click Authorize Orana Stay.
What Data is Transmitted:
- Webhooks are used to sync data instantly.
- A booking field code is sent to OwnerRez, providing the unique guidebook access code.
- Property field codes are sent to OwnerRez to provide the URL for each property guidebook.
