OwnerRez allows you to configure a list of bedrooms and bathrooms for your properties. These bedrooms and bathrooms are part of the "listing content" that is displayed on your Hosted Website, if you have one. They are also sent automatically to your listing channels if you are using an API connection that supports that.
We've created a walk-through video about bedrooms and bathrooms where we show how to add, rearrange and delete them. We also show best practices, where they appear and how to handle edge cases (eg. adding sleeping positions in non-bedrooms).
