Email List Report

Have great news to share with your past guests? Need to send out an email blast to all of your guests from the last year, last month or even the next couple of months? Sending marketing emails to previous guests can be an effective strategy for generating repeat bookings, and utilizing OwnerRez's Email List Report is a crucial component of that strategy, as the Email List Report can provide that information.

Navigate to Reports > Detail Reports > Email List.

Email List Report

Users can choose to include (or not include) the following in their Email List report.

  • Which properties
  • Time period
  • Choose to Include items with no property
  • Choose to Include bookings
    • Note that Blocked-off and pending or canceled bookings are excluded.
  • Choose to Include inquiries
  • Choose which Email Domains to exclude.
    • Note that the Exclude Email Domains field (a field to exclude any masked, random email addresses from major listing sites) is already prefilled with the following listing sites that users can edit by adding a space separated list of email domains to exclude as necessary.
      • airbnb.com booking.com homeaway.com tripadvisor.com vrbo.com

Email Report

You can use Tags criteria, allowing you to filter your report results.

Tags Added to Email List Report

The Email List Report will display with the first column detailed guest email addresses.

Email List Report

Other intuitive Report column names include Latest Interaction Type, Latest Interaction Property, Latest Interaction Channel, Latest Interaction Occurred, Latest Interaction Arrival, and the Latest Interaction Arrival Month/Year.

Email List Report Results

Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Email List report.
