OwnerRez SMS Messaging is a premium feature that is not included in the regular OwnerRez monthly service fees and is invoiced monthly, as determined by the Pricing Calculator.
However, it's important to create clean and concise SMS messages so that you aren't billed a lot of money each month as OwnerRez fires out messages on your behalf. We bill you per segment, not per message, so it's important to know what a "segment" is.
Outgoing messages above the monthly allocation are charged per message segment. Fees will be assessed at the end of each billing cycle and charged to the credit card we have on file. Please see the what a message "segment" is FAQ to understand segments.
