The Date Range Stay report displays a comprehensive listing, along with a great deal of associated information, for all bookings within the date range selected.
Running the Date Range Stay report is an incredibly valuable tool that can serve multiple purposes, including sharing essential booking information with your team and providing a reliable backup for booking data.
Users should also remember that booking information is always available via the OwnerRez Read-Only Environment.
Users can generate the Date Range Stay report by navigating to Reports > Stay Reports > Date Range.
The following booking information is included.
- Linked OwnerRez booking number
- Property name
- Arrival date
- Check-in time
- Departure date
- Check-out time
- Cleaning date
- Events, whether Arriving, Departing or both
- Guest name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Number of nights booked
- Number of adults
- Number of children
- Number of Pets
- Door code
- Tags (optional)
- Other custom fields (optional)
Users can choose to Print or Export (and save) the completed Date Range Stay report.
