I think it would be great for OwnerRez to team up with REI Hub... this Accounting platform aligns more with OwnerRez in the way it's a feature-rich product at an affordable rate, and built specifically for rental property accounting. REI Hub is also built on a progressive web app platform and is a double-entry accounting platform that is intuitive enough for even the non-accountant to use. They are growing in popularity, just became integrated with RentRedi.com
I find that Qucikbooks is so expensive, and isn't created for the rental property manager. It's a general small business accounting platform that we need to force our rental property management into.
We agree wholeheartedly with Kim E. We love OwnerRez but we also love REI Hub. REI Hub is much better suited for those who own rental properties than QuickBooks, and I use QuickBooks for a couple of other business. An REI Hub integration would be a great complement to OwnerRez.
I'm just exploring REI Hub. If either of you above who requested this feature see it, would you mind letting me know how it is working for you? I've been using Stessa for quite a while, but it is limited in a way that I"m hoping REI Hub is not.
I've fully switched over to REI hub from stessa and it is working out much better, for anyone who finds themselves here. I'd love to have it integrated with OR though!
I have also started using it and loving it so far! Super easy to use and more affordable than Quickbooks.
