When operating a short-term rental business, you need to coordinate your marketing efforts on many STR websites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) OwnerRez provides API integration between all the sites so rentals are synchronized immediately and double booking does not happen. They also provide communication, damage insurance and many other services. I will not rent STR without them.
