I spent a tremendous amount of time researching booking software before launching Pure Salt Properties, and choosing OwnerRez was one of the smartest business decisions I made. The software itself is incredibly powerful. The level of automation, integration, customization, and detail it offers allows me to create a true guest experience — not just manage bookings. From guest communication and smart lock integrations to custom financial reporting for my CPA, OwnerRez has the flexibility to truly fit the way my business operates instead of forcing me into a typical cookie-cutter system. But what truly sets OwnerRez apart is the customer service. Their support team is honestly unmatched. Anytime I have had an issue, felt overwhelmed, needed help onboarding units, fixing error codes, customizing reports, or learning new features, they have always been there. Fast responses, patient guidance, video calls, direct help with my CPA — they consistently go above and beyond without nickel-and-diming for support. I have never received a bill from them for help! In today’s world, it is rare to find a software company that backs up their product the way OwnerRez does. I am heavily dependent on this software to run my business, and knowing their team is always there to support me gives me tremendous confidence. Outstanding software. Even better people behind it.
Integration capabilities and Customer Service- unmatched!!!!! I have to include - I have made a couple of requests for “add-ons” and each time, they welcomed my input and let me know they would heavily consider my ideas- noting they would run it by the development team- WOWZERS!!!
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING- I have everything positive to say about OwnerRez. They are the model of excellence!

I reached out to OwnerRez support to help me build out a workflow, and they were honestly incredible. I’m still pretty new to OwnerRez and didn’t really know how to set things up. I just knew what I wanted the end result to be. Instead of a generic reply, they actually helped me think it through and build a real system. Everything was broken down step by step in a way that made sense, and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping me get it right. It didn’t feel like support just trying to respond... it felt like someone working with me to figure it out.

Not sure yet. I am still newer to OwnerRez and I have a lot to learn. I do wish they had an app, but I was able to create a shortcut to add to my iPhone that works great.

I signed up to prevent double bookings but learned quickly that they had a lot more to offer. Their staff is very helpful.

In the beginning it can be confusing because of the amount of things they offer. But their training and support is great.
