Great onboarding support, tons of features
Pros
Throughout onboarding, I had a super helpful representative and they took time to help get me set up and answer questions. The user interface is easy to use and has all of the details you'd expect.
Cons
Setup can be challenging; that's why it was so helpful to have an onboarding representative walk me through everything.

Totally Sold on OwnerRez
The OwnerRez support team has been great to work with and has given me confidence in the OwnerRez platform. I was initially only interested in using it to sync my calendars across booking platforms and my direct booking website, but they have given me the tools and knowledge to feel more comfortable with using OwnerRez and allow them to take total control of all platforms and make my life easier! Thank you OwnerRez!
Pros
The versatility of the system and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff, and the fact that I can consolidate my efforts into one system that does all of the dirty work for me.
Cons
I have no complaints! So far the system seems to do exactly what it was designed to do in making my life easier.

Great Software, Steep Learning Curve
Pros
OwnerRez is a comprehensive software that accomplishes every conceivable thing an STR owner might need. The built-in AI feature is also really good, and the customer service is also solid and responsive.
Cons
The learning curve is extremely, extremely steep to the point of being overwhelming. While I do think it's worth it in the end, I would estimate that it took 30-40 hours of concerted effort to just learn the software and get everything running the way it needed to run.
