You provided: 1: what's happening, 2: why it happens that way, 3: options to choose from, 4: consequences of the options, and 5: how to do it. I've had other customer support responses that aren't nearly as thorough and I truly appreciate the respect! OwnerRez is an incredibly comprehensive property management system. Because of this, you're not going to master it in one day, but nothing good can be mastered immediately. Once you are proficient, you can do virtually everything needed. It is quite malleable. Of equal important, is the customer support, which is outstanding. I've had nothing but good experiences when reaching out, and replies are surprisingly prompt. I'm an OwnerRez user for the long-haul!

Streamlined my business I could not manage without it. Even now that I am downscaling I keep it for just a few properties. There are lots of options for customizing my marketing, pricing etc and the customer service is amazing.
