Variable Commissions

I would like to request the ability to adjust the commission rate based on the following.

#1 listing site:  why?  different sites charge less than others.  also when direct booking costs less.  

#2 payment by check:  why?  could adjust 2-3% since not paying cc fee

#3 special offers:  we often find ourselves lowering our commission to make a sale.  setting tags for 1% 2% etc. at booking level would make this easier

Hello Everyone

I requested this a few months ago and would like to bring it up again...

The idea is VARIABLE COMMISSIONS

I see a need for a couple different flavors

LISTING SITE

Example:

For booking that originate on VRBO the commission may be 18% whereas on AIRBNB where the fees are less the commission could be 14%.

SEASONAL 

Example

During the off season when rates are low it may make sense to lower your commission as well

or make it more because you have to work harder to get renters.

I think it is a no brainer but maybe I am the only one who does because it seems that no one voted for it.
