great for channel management... experience is good... wish I had someone to call when I cant find things even using the help feature... sometimes trying to find things I cant seem to come up with the correct verbiage...
features are good... functionality is good for what I need...
I find it hard to adjust things... there are so many layers to the system, I cant always find what I am looking for... there is no one to call when that happens... getting an email response can take quite some time...
