Excellent. The customer service is exceptional. Most of my emails are answered within a few hours and are very helpful. Unlike other platforms, I feel that the support team really knows how to help. I'm not being asked to repeat my question over and over or being redirected to another department.
Once I figured out how to use ownerrez, it is amazing. I love the ability to send rental agreements and collect security deposits as well as sign up for additional services like rental guardian
It's a steep learning curve. I think setting up templates and triggers can be quite difficult and not intuitive, especially having to set up ones for Airbnb and non-Airbnb.

So far I am very pleased with the software and the support team!
Easy to set up integrations with AirBnB, VRBO, and other channels, as well as other software which focus on pricing and other aspects of the short term rental business. Automating communications with guests is very helpful and saves a lot of time.
Takes time to develop an efficient plan to take advantage of various capabilities. suggest start with your listing... can either connect to existing one or create one in OwnerRez and the push to AirBnB, VRBO, and others.

We were using a rather expensive and more complicated property management software, so it has been great discovering this company. We have had a great experience with OwnerRez and are very impressed overall!
I especially love the support team! They were quick to respond to my emails, and always very helpful. I'm also very impressed with the integration features.
As for the initial setup, I'd like to be able to transfer some information manually, rather than always using a spreadsheet. But once I got the hang of Excel, it became easier.

Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced with any entity that I have worked with. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is a Jewel Also I'm glad that they have all those webinars I just wish I had time just been working with them.
Would be lost without Owner Rez and their customer service
There are so many bits and pieces to it that it really takes time to get it all learned cannot see that I have that's why I depend so much on customer service

Great experience overall! The OR team is very responsive and helpful. Using OR has streamlined my channel managment and automated previously manual business processes which has freed me up to focus on more strategic business objectives. They also worked well with my website designer as she brought my website online, using OR as the booking engine. Bottom line, it has made running my business a whole lot easier. Wish I had done it sooner!
I was able to get my properties and channels set up quickly and the customer service is top notch. The features I like most include: booking engine for my website; multi-channel (VRBO/AirBnB/my website), multi-property calendar management; payment processing; automated messaging and messaging options/flexibility; third party notifications (which has automated previously manual processes); ability to manage content/rates for multiple channels on a single platform and more! It's worth it just for that and there is more functionality I look forward to using in the future.
Sometimes I have to dig around a little if I'm doing something new or something I don't do often, i.e. it's not always intuitive (for me) where functionality resides on the platform. Of course there's a learning curve with any new software and this is no exception. But their customer support group is always quick to respond and extremely helpful. FYI - I have been using OR for about 4+ months.
