I researched and demo a lot of PMS/Channel management software. This is my second PMS/Channel Management software and it will be my last. It does almost everything a property owner could want and the documentation is very well written and it includes videos. They are always adding new features and their customer support works around the clock. I highly recommend their concierge setup service even if it's just for one listing until you get the swing of things because this software is powerful!

Honestly the support is what kept me after the trial! First and foremost the Direct Booking Widgets and Websites are what drew me in originally. Allowing users to embed widgets without prompting the guest to change sites, OwnerRez was the only software I found that allowed this.
