Integration with other vacation software, and ability to control the narrative in a custom manner. Love the automation behind the scenes. Customer support is amazing. Every time I have questions, they assist me until I have no more questions. I can't wait to see what else they offer down the road. (App, mobile website, etc)
A small learning curve. Requires some hand holding. Wish they had more documentation and mobile version, but I am sure this will only improve with time!

Process is intuitive, screens are graphically clean, customer service is very responsive. You never feel abandoned and stuck. I am a sole proprietor, and my time is valuable. Our paper calendar and excel system was costing me time and was becoming confusing. I was worried about a double-booking (every innkeeper's nightmare). Since using OwnerRez, I've "found" about 10 hours a week. The "book it now" button makes it easy for folks to make a reservation, so we've seen an increase in bookings.
Perfect for accommodation that wants to start easy, and grow into more features. Its all there.
Nothing to dislike! I would be making something up!

It does exactly what it is designed to do. Focuses on the needs of those wanting to set up a good vacation website . I commend the owner and staff that designed this software. Owner seems like a really good guy to work with, very professional, good sense of humor, and is extremely helpful.
As a novice computer person, trying to follow instructional pages that don't speak in simple terms. Can be a little challenging sometimes. However, the support staff and owner are very helpful and seem to take a personal interest in helping people succeed.
