    There is a discrepancy between the total amounts shown in the Booking Summary and Booking Detail reports when selecting "any stay during period". I emailed OR support and rather than this be flagged as a concern or a bug, I was told to start a Feature Request for the fix.

    *Update: ABB finally reinstated our listing* but now, calendar is not syncing with OR... I've turned off Instant Booking for the moment in ABB, since during this ABB delisting, we received (2) VRBO reservations (it's been over 1 hour as reactivated ABB listing, calendar still not syncing with the (2) new Rez's).

    Is anyone else having trouble with the SMS push notifications not coming through to your devices? We have claimed the devices and it worked for awhile but then stopped working. We reclaimed them again yesterday and now nothing again.

    We (Costco) only offer IC Plus to businesses that process over $1 mil annually.  STR are no longer being boarded under MCC 6513 – they are now listed as lodging due to VISA rules.

    I am having this issue right now.  This is my first reservation request since integrating with VRBO.  The guest says they can't withdraw it because the VRBO VA just keeps telling them there is no reservation to cancel (because it's only a request).  OR had a reservation ID and I gave that to them, and the VA still couldn't cancel because it said it didn't' exist.
