I would love to see a way to visually tell a booking has a past due balance. I use the ribbon view and if the guests name or the color of the block could be red to indicate there's an outstanding balance, that would be super helpful. Or something similar to the list view that shows cancelled bookings.
Having to hover over every single booking to see if there's an outstanding balance isn't ideal...

Is there a way I can download PDF's of owner statements? I know I can email multiple ones but can we have the ability to download those pdf's?

Automatic expensing is only possible through the surcharges configuration themselves at this time, so if there's an issue with how a surcharge related expense is generating you would typically want to look at the settings for that surcharge itself. There is an expense related section towards the bottom with all the relative settings.

Interesting. It was added in the Charges and the total reflected it on the public link (created from a Quote); it just didn’t show the line item. Helpful to know that’s your intention.
