    we use breezeway and have the ability to send auto messages during “owner bookings” based on reservation type- if it’s tagged an owner stay we can send them diff messages than guest.

    With Team Access, when switching accounts, please list the "(me)" account at the top of the list rather than the bottom. 

    I have a lot of team access accounts but am most often in my own so it's a lot of scrolling to get to the bottom each time I go back to my account. It makes more sense to be at the top or perhaps second after the (currently viewing) account.

    I'm new here, when I synch airbnb to owner rez, owner rez' system automatically picks up the "spot rate" of airbnb's base rate, ie: $430. Owner rez system is automatically pulling that rate and changing the entire calendar to $430/night. I don't want this. I want owner rez to use the existing pricing I have set on airbnb.     Is Ownerrez capable of adjusting the rate for a stay with a smaller number of days? (adjust the nightly rate based on the length of stay if there is a minimum night stay) For example, if I have a minimum stay of 5 nights and someone searches on an OTA for 3 nights can the software adjust the nightly rate for 5 nights to three nights?
