    I would love to have a  booking types for owners. $0 stays, possibly with a cleaning fee attached. “Owner reservation”

    we use breezeway and have the ability to send auto messages during “owner bookings” based on reservation type- if it’s tagged an owner stay we can send them diff messages than guest. 

    would love the ability to differentiate these stays. All blocks for us are not owner stays....

    In a future release, could you make the columns in the booking detail report export a bit more 'human readable'?  For example, nights, adults, children and pets (I assume that's what P is?) are just single letters.  For those who do external reporting or just download the reports, a single-letter column name seems like a suboptimal naming convention.

    I just found another form letter I'd like to adjust. How do we make changes to the internet-based form letters?? 

    Where it says booking will be held for 24 hrs, that's perfect. Then later it says 24 days? I want to change days to hours. I will not be holding any reservation for 24 days to await a payment.

    I keep getting error alerts that VRBO doesn’t like one of my images in my listing. But it’s an important photo that has a map with distance to key local tourist destinations that I will still want to be displayed on Airbnb and other platforms. I wish there was a way to “turn off” that photo for just VRBK but keep it for the others!

    Well, yes, those are indeed two separate features.

    The ability to swap photos in and out of the active set, for each channel as well as for the website, is inherently part of this feature request, as I mentioned.

    Vrbo made some pretty major changes so it looks like a complete rewrite is needed, which is in work but will take some time.  However, some of our clients have found that the current version started working again, so that's worth a try - it doesn't work for everyone but you might be fortunate.

    Yes, you'll just want to Create Agreement, and edit it to suit your needs.  Assuming you don't place any restrictions on its use (at the very bottom of the edit screen), the presence of an actual agreement will automatically override the default one that's built-in.

    Channel Bridge booking import has no actual effect on any money whatsoever.  All it's doing is bringing in data from Vrbo - it doesn't change any data that is there.  These are bookings in the past anyway - they've already been agreed to, and in most cases paid.

    The goal of importing Channel Bridge booking data is so that the information in OwnerRez is correct and complete.
