    Y'all, I am at my wits end here... 

    I was preparing an owner statement today and noticed one of the bookings was missing a cleaning fee expense.  I went to the booking detail and found that the cleaning fee did not show up there as an expense.  All the rest of the bookings for the month showed the cleaning fee, which is automatically generated on a per booking basis.

    We have a different check-out time for Sundays (2pm) since we don't allow Sunday check-ins and don't need to clean that day.     I have imported VRBO bookings (and AirBNB) that won't fire the automated triggers b/c the system says there's no message thread. Now that my API is integrated, I tried to "create" a thread by sending a VRBO msg via ORez, that didn't work.

    Will this be fixed with NEW reservations created via VRBO and I just have to manually send the imported bookings?

    For having such a great platform, OR really fails in their customer support.  No chat feature and multi-day response time.  I sent a request a few days ago with an issue i was having and still haven't gotten a response.

    Anyone else having these issues?  Any ideas on how to get a quicker response from OR?  It's hard to understand why so many companies have a chat feature but OR doesn't see that...

    Hey Julie! Check the cleaning fee Surcharge for that property and scroll down to the Expense section. That's where you can designate how much of it should go to you as the PM. This is customizable on each individual Surcharge that is applied to bookings

    I just came over from WebRezPro and used it for 15 years. I would not recommend going over to WRP, but I have to say, it sure was nice having someone pick up a phone (10 - 8 pm) every single time I had an issue. OR is 100x's better than WRP, but having a knowledgeable tech was fantastic. Just saying. (-;

    This is not price increase per person, it’s the opposite. Booking.com has an optional price chart that lists reduction based on occupancy. We have six bedroom and have had 5 people up to 12, the table in booking.com lists total occupancy and allows for a reduction ifor a smaller party  For example an automated reduction for fewer guests.     Yes, I understand the distinction - I'm just saying that mathematically, the same end result can already be achieved.

    I wasn't personally aware that Booking.com supports doing it this way, but I do know that none of the other major listing channels do.  So I doubt adding this unique corner-case would be a high priority.  Still, let's see how the voting goes.
