    I have had Host.co linked to all my properties for about a year. 

    I have 3 Properties in Waikiki and 3 on the Beach in San Diego. So far we have had Zero Bookings for anything. Surfing Lessons, Luau's, Electric Bike Rentals etc.

     

    These are all big sellers in both locations but a big Zero Bookings on Host.co  Is anyone else seeing the same thing?

    just got a booking request on VRBO, after I got it API integrated 

    now the VRBO app is not letting me accept the booking 

    I ran the payment through OwnerRez and it it showing we have a booking for those dates under the guest’s name, however in VRBO it is still showing pending approval, can someone help?

    3 of my listings on Airbnb show incorrectly high bed counts.  I double-checked my OwnerRez and don't see any issues there.  Vrbo is fine.  I saw a comment on Facebook that this may be a widespread problem with Airbnb with their AI counting photos of bed (ie if we have 2 different angles of the same bedroom it will count as 2 beds).  Not sure if that's accurate but I need help figuring it out.  Any...

    The auto-formatting can be a bit odd, particularly if you are copying in test from some other program.  However, under the covers it's just ordinary HTML.  If you are familiar with that, you can use the Edit HTML button and make sure the <p>...</p> tags are correctly set.

    We're not aware of any widespread problems along these lines.  It does look like an Airbnb glitch, and you've confirmed everything is in fact working, so that sounds like it's just a display bug.  If it doesn't clear, you could report it to Airbnb tech support to investigate.

    In the case of "request to book," I don't think there's is a vrbo reservation so there is nothing for the guest to cancel.

    Sadly, the Vrbo channel bridge did not work today for me, again. It failed earlier in the program than it ever has, for both the modified since and a single reservation.

    I have been working with Robin for several weeks on this issue, and have updated him/her today of the latest errors.
