I would like a field code to a Generic House Manual so that common things such as taking out the trash can be maintained in one field rather than in every single property.

Unless I'm missing something there's no way to back track when you select a report. There aren't any links/breadcrumbs to go back to the report list. I forget to open reports in a new tab.
Also, some reports have links that open to the property vs a drill down into more detail.

I mainly use the ribbon view of bookings. It would be extremely helpful if the balance due when hovering was highlighted or a different color. If you're glancing quickly it's easy to miss if someone has an outstanding balance due.

Does anyone want to have the ability to control the Book Now / Send Inquiry functions on each individual property? I have two properties, and sometimes others (when repairs come up) where I'd like to show the calendar open for inquiries, but not open for booking....
I'd like to suggest a new feature. I have created a calendar export (iCal) for my cleaner. Since they clean many homes, it's important that the location of my property is in the location field in the calendar.
Right now, the only option forces the pass through of the property name, which messes up the calendars capability to set the proper location (which shows on maps).

That's generally correct! A common scenario related to this would be when Airbnb applies a resolution adjustment. Our API will typically automatically bring over the adjustment as a refund, however the charges wouldn't usually match at that point, and you would in most cases need to review the financials (to ensure the total is correct) then update the line item charges to match....

Upgrading to v2 would address a portion of what you're requesting here. Fully remitted bookings on v2 will display to the PM when previewing statements, but they still do not display on the generated statements visible to the owners.

yep, that's what I meant. and I have found the article how to add fields but never found a guide how to remove them - it is a bit strange to me that it is not editable given overall OR DYI philosophy:)

Those filters should not need to be applied one at a time. The results should be accurate when multiple filters are applied. Please send screenshot examples of your applied filters and what you're seeing, and send those in to help@ownerrez.com so that we can have a look. If there's something amiss, we want to get that addresses as soon as possible!

The payment form has options for the guest to pay via check as long as your property is setup to accept checks, and generally would automatically be sent if the system determines a booking still owes nearing the time of booking.
