    It would be great to customize the timing that I want to set and run the risk as I feel appropriate. I understand that if I set it too close, then it may not go through. But if there's too much time, then a guest could review back. But customizing the timing (10 seconds before, 30 seconds before, 1 min, 2 min, etc.) would allow OR users to find the best timing that works for their comfort level.

All messages have been read and I’ve even clicked at the top of each page of the inbox to ‘mark all as read’. But the green 1 remains indicating that I have one unread message. However, when I change the check-in or check-out time for the same day and apply a tag to reflect it in the booking, it doesn’t update the time in RemoteLock—I have to do it manually be it through OwnerRez or Remotelock website.

    Hi John,

    Booking.com bookings no longer sync a platform email address. For this reason, it's necessary to send your Booking.com guests the BUFIXUP link so that they can provide their real contact info on your Point of Contact form. When they supply their real email address, your email triggers can then be sent to these guests.

    When you API connect to Vrbo, you become Merchant of Record. This means you are fully responsible for collection and remittance of all taxes required of you, on your own behalf. Vrbo will no longer collect and remit for you as they were prior to API connecting.

    For this reason, it's necessary for your taxes to be broken out and configured directly in OwnerRez so that they can be passed to Vrbo....

    Because OwnerRez does not know the actual time a guest checks out, this would not be able to calculate automatically. However, if you have this rule published, you can always manually apply the surcharge to your guest's booking and adjust the pricing to reflect your calculation, then keep that amount from your Security Deposit.

    Actually, it's still doing it when I decrease my desktop window just a little bit, the menu goes to hamburger. How can this get fixed? Seems like a glitch. Even for smaller screens (like a phone) the menu reads correctly -- just that one particular screen size makes it change.

    It looks like RentMount has already integrated with some channel managers, you could certainly suggest that RentMount write to OwnerRez's open API so they can be integrated here, too.
