I hate to ask this question again but I've searched the forums and it is still unclear to me.

We are getting ready to onboard a boutique hotel - Next to direct bookings, Expedia is their #2 booking channel. By listing on Expedia Partner Central, the listings are also pushed to other Expedia brands like Hotels.com. If I list on VRBO and have the listings enabled for Expedia, will those lis...

    1.  Single use... one the code is used it becomes inactive.  Since there are no "Payment Coupon Codes" we create them as a discount code but have to manually inactivate them

    3.  Never allow the "subtotal" to go below x amount per day/booking... ie give a 50% discount but never go below $300 per day (subtot...

I offer a 2% discount if a guest pays by etransfer instead of charging an extra fee for those that pay by credit card we have given them the option to save $ by etransferring - people like discounts LOL

BUT when we apply this discount I have to go in and put the amount to Expense then go into Expenses and change it to be a credit card processing expense discount, don't show on ownerstmt and don...

I'd like to be able to use different agreements based on the number of nights on the reservation. For example, if it's a 2 night stay, then agreement X would automatically apply. If it's a 60 night stay, then agreement Y would apply.

Here's a few examples but there's probably a lot more.

    Some examples:

    1) Unified inbox: You have to click the filter button to drop it down, then click again to filter.

    2) Within the message: You have to click to show the date/time stamp.

    3) On the booking page, why are there tabs for charges, transactions, legal, etc etc? Is there a reason this can't all be on the same page without...

    Hello!

regarding booking ORB13646577. They booked today, checking in 2 days from now. This is the first time the booking has not auto populated into ownerrez calendar for me. They booked about 5 hours ago now. It says credit card payment was received and booked directly through my website it seems like.

any help would be much appreciated!

    1. from every place. can be from booking.com, vrbo etc.

    2. No. just like #1, GVR uses some version of logic/AI to choose what 1st photo will be. Vrbo made a couple of attempts to use "AI", got bad results (ex: bathroom photo being the lead photo), got big backlash, and rolled it back.. they may be doing it again. My listings show my lead photo on Vrbo.  YMMV

At least OR's original insurance plan I paid for was $27 per booking. After 185 bookings and spending $5000, I put in 2 claims for a few hundred dollars and was denied. I dropped all future plans like a hot potato. I took it upon myself to cover my property and not pass the costs to my guests because as we all know added fees are killers. They are still available if the guest wants to pay for them...
