As it relates to the reports section, specifically the line item pivot report, I believe it would be worthwhile to add an "excel like function bar" for each line item. Would be very helpful for PM's as well as owners when viewing this how each line item is compiled and put together.

This was a bug that should have been fixed about a week ago. If you're still running into the same problem, please write to the Support team at help@ownerrez.com so that we can take a closer look and see what's going on for you.
That is a standard "403" Forbidden error, which is usually transient - it's just a temporary hiccup in the connection.
If you try re-sending that message 5-10 minutes later it should go through fine unless the channel is experiencing an outage.
