My ownerrez properties are suddenly not connected to pricelabs today. They appear in PriceLabs but when I try to update pricing I get an error saying there's an issue connecting to OwnerRez. Is this a common problem? I've had them all connected with no issues for years.

Do not remove the legacy messaging system, I think you call it "compose box" it's much easier to use, and has a clean interface.

Currently, OwnerRez only allows for a single static logo, which can lead to visibility issues when viewed in dark mode (especially in email templates, guest portals, or hosted websites). I agree! Lynnbrook offers several features that they've told me can't be activated in my account because OR doesn't allow for it -- the ability to pay homeowners directly is one of them! Another big one is their mobile wallet payment option.
As Lynnbrook is one of OR's preferred partners, it would be significantly beneficial to allow the use of all their features.
