Rezzy is currently only useful for the very first messages on OTAs. In my workflow, once guests have my direct contact details (email or WhatsApp), they no longer use Airbnb, and Rezzy cannot be used for the rest of the conversation.
In addition, inquiries coming from my own website cannot be answered with Rezzy at all.

The Owner Statement Summary report is still a work in progress, but we are actively working on updates to better support P&L reporting.
For now, try using the PM Owner Statement Bookings and PM Owner Statement Expenses reports to find that data. You may need to check "show booking expenses" on the latter to see everything you need.

Although the tag automations can only be added to bookings, and not the guest contact themselves, you should be able to manually add tags to the contacts. You should be able to do this in their booking by going to the Overview tab and clicking the Change button next to Tags in the Guest section. From there, you can add a tag. Unfortunately, there isn't a dedicated cancelled bookings report in OwnerRez, as you're already aware. However, you can still access and analyze your cancelled bookings data by exporting your Bookings List View.
- Go to the main Bookings screen
- Select List view
- Use the Filters to select Booking Status = Cancelled
- Export the results to Excel for further analysis
