    I would like to have the option for non-AirBnb bookings to offer the guests the option to 

     

    #1) Do a damage deposit of X

    OR

    #2) Do a non-refundable charge of Y

     

    This gives the guest the option to do a hold on their credit card or a charge (which would be less than a hold) but would be non-refundable.  

     

    THIS FEATURE WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS for guests!

For example, it would be great for Labor Day Weekend to just be 10% higher than whatever September is set to, instead of having to update 2 separate numbers. I realize this can be achieved by building a spreadsheet to do all my calculations in, and then import them. But it would be super handy to be able to skip that step.

    I’d like this feature too! For me, I want to send a message 5 days before arrival only to people who booked at least 7 days in advance. 
    Eg, someone books 2 months in advance and says the group is 5 adults. 
    5 days before arrival, I want to ask if there are changes to their guest count, and I want to verify they are not bringing pets (or ask them to add them if they now are).
