OR Team,
First, thank you for all the work that goes into developing and supporting OwnerRez — it’s a powerful, evolving platform that so many of us rely on daily.
When a known critical issue impacts a significant number of users (for example, the recent formula errors in PMv2 statements), it would be incredibly helpful if OwnerRez could proactively communicate about it. This could take the...
Hi, this is a rather unique scenario, but possibly not that uncommon for others? I realize this is also two requests but happened in same situation and are interlinked, so lmk if I should request second feature request.
I just had a guest request a quote for 3 nights past our open calendar (we keep it open for 270 nights as our preference, but wedding folks often plan over a year in advance)....
When selecting dates on the "widget calendar" the numbers of the dates are not in "bold" showing they are available. Also, within the "widget calendar" it will allow you to click and select dates even if they are unavailable. If you notice on Airbnb the dates will show as grey and will not allow you to select them if you are not allowed to arrive/depart on that day.
Airbnb Example below. You...
Apologies for the extremely delayed response here. We're actively working on solutions to better maintain our request forum to avoid delays like this in the future.
Sounds like what you're looking for is Recurring Expenses which we have planned for our 2026 development roadmap. You can find the related Feature Request for this and follow along for updates on it here -
Hey Elliot!
I beleive you can do this via a Rate Adjustment surcharge. You'd still need to create seasons for those scenarios, like Labor Day weekend. However, if you don't want to enter seasonal rates, you can try doing this by creating a Rate Adjustment surcharge and setting a condition to apply to the specific season to raise those rates. Go to Settings > Surcharges > click Create Surcharge >...
Greetings!
Yesterday, we had an owner very upset wondering why her property was blocked. We were confused at her confusion as to why she would be frustrated at our 'lack of communication' because we had detailed notes for the reason for the block (construction and deep clean) in the block notes. However we realised that from the owner's view they cannot see the details of the 'note' porti...
Hopefully ok to ask this here of other hosts. What's the drawback to converting a personal PayPal to business.
It's it just you can't to fee free transfers to friends to split a meal outing or wherever
Or did business PayPal actually change how much PayPal costs and operates for general purchasing?
This would be awesome! And even better if Rezzi could reply with quotes for bookings. by TEST S (/forums/users/347485235) – Jan 13, 2026 7:51 PM (UTC)
That's actually something we're working on now!
Hi Bri,
Thanks so much for the detailed reply. I understand the current options with calendar blocking, same-day booking cutoff times, and Rezzy AI. Unfortunately, none of these solve the core issue I’m facing.
My need isn’t about controlling check-in times or responding to inquiries after hours — it’s about controlling when the listing is visible to guests on Airbnb....
Thanks, Tyler.
I agree, trying to tell guests to override a number they don't recognize on the form is not an acceptable way to move forward.
I can't imagine it's too terribly challenging to just stop importing that number altogether.
Ideally, there'd be a new field entirely for this "Airbnb Temporary Phone Number", but I recognize that's going to be a bit more work.
Either way,...
Thanks for that clarification!
What you're looking for is already configurable using Inquiry templates. 🙂

The trigger will automatically send a personalized quote to guests who send an inquiry for available dates. by Bri (/forums/users/347417172) – Sep 24, 2025 12:02 PM (UTC)
This is NOT what I want.
There is a big difference between an inquiry being received, which requ...
I wouldn't say they're 'prompted'.
Guests are shown the POC form with all their info pre-filled from Airbnb. A significant number of guests will simply click to move past this screen, even after the unfamiliar Airbnb-issued temporary phone number starts populating in the phone number field. This will then affect workflows like SMS comms and door code generation.
I think a more reliable solu...
I think a more reliable solution would be to:
* Internalize the phone number sent from Airbnb as a secondary phone # in the guest's OR contact record in the background so we still have it if needed, but don't even show it on the POC form.
* Have a *blank* phone # field on the POC form that's set as *required* so the guest must fill out their real number themselves, and elevate whatever is en...
