This past week, we released an exciting new feature that allows users to send schedule (or time) based emails to guests. Instead of being tied to a specific event, you can now send emails based on a number of days before or after the arrival, departure or booked date.

The availability search uses sleeps numbers calculated off of the Amenities tab for each property. The rules on the property are separate and are for limiting bookings, while the Amenities ones are for display. Clear as mud? :-)

Sadly the iCal method is pretty lame with Breezeway. They can’t distinct between an old booking and a new booking, so if someone extends their stay there will be a new cleaning added to the end of the stay but the old cleaning from the original check out date is still there as well. Same goes for cancellations, etc

Ross hit some good points overall. It comes down to how much you want a custom look and feel versus the time spent in wiring up widgets or managing your page content (property photos, description, etc) which has to be duplicated in your template.
