    ...t me clarify the problem.  We recently had to offer a discount to a group because they were expecting 16 beds in a house when really there were 11.  The confusion came into play because  one bunk was Queen over Queen, another was Twin over Queen, both with trundles..... and we indicated 3 queen, 1 twin, 2 trundle, '2 bunk'  because they were bunk beds.  The system pushes that over to Airbnb as thou...

    When I initially setup a rental property, the system gave 3 options asking on how rates would be applied:

    1. same year over year
    2. vary depending on dates but will REMAIN constant year over yea
