    Channel Bridge works for 2 of 3 properties on first import

    Hi,

    I have 3 properties on Vrbo and have successfully imported calendars from 2 of the 3.  The 3rd one shows valid data in the Excel file, but when I try to import the file, it gives an error message that one of the bookings "overlaps with an existing booking".  But when I look at the 2 bookings, I can't see any overlap...?  Data from both bookings seem correct

    Schedule more than 2 payments for checks

    ...and I can't use the "schedule payment" unless they are using/have a card on file. Since it is for an entire month in peak season, I like to offer my guests the option of making 3 payments instead of 2. Can I schedule the requests, or do I just have to set up a reminder for them? I can do that in PayPal but it seems like I should be able to do it right here.

    I have "leaf season" set up as 4 night minimum, Minimum 2 nights in gaps. I just got an inquiry for 2 nights and quote got generated and sent to smbyo inquirer.
    I assumed what would happen the "rule violation" email would be sent, but no, "available" email was sent with quote.
    Season: Leaf season (2019) 10/3 - 11/2 ( 4 night min, 2 in gaps)

    I have 1 property but want to sell it 2 different ways. Can I treat one property as 2 properties and can i have them share one calendar, or would I have 2 calendars that sync ? Any guidance is appreciated.
