    2) It's only an issue on desktop and a smaller screen such as a laptop. If you go to list view, the right side is cut off. I'm forced to scroll down to the bottom, then scroll right, then scroll back to the top. If we could hide or resize the columns that would fix it. Or just put a scroll bar at the top. I think this one bugs me the most because we use list view so frequently and seems like an eas...

    2. Are the fees the same whether the customer uses a reward card or not (most people now use only reward cards of some sort), what about across credit card companies? I remember MC, VISA charged the same amount (as long as it wasn't a reward card) and Amex was a separate arrangement and fee but processed with that credit card company.

    If you use our 2.95% flat rate (with no other fees), then it's...

    2) Be able to add Custom Instructions to the Credit Card Payment Form.

    We should be able to add custom wording to the instructions that customers see on their credit card form. For example, instructions requesting the guest NOT submit a payment in excess of $4500.00 (as per above situation) or any other such information that the owner wants to provide to the guest.

    In many cases, credit car...

    2.1) I assume you're putting "window.OwnerRez = { skipLoadDefaultWidgets: true };" within the script tag? It doesn't quite read that way.

    2.2) Where are you putting:

    ga(function(tracker) {
    window.OwnerRez.loadDefaultWidgets(tracker);
    });

    In the header after GA code? beginning of widget?

    Thanks for your help, Chris!

    2 questions:

    * How does your system auto-populate Expedia links? None of mine seem to have auto-populated, and I know I do periodically get bookings from Expedia. Will it only auto-populate after I actually get an Expedia stay, or does your system either periodically receive Expedia data via the existing Api connection or scrape Expedia and use some matching logic? Or does it only occur for new...

    #2. I was trying another channel manager in Airbnb - "Smoobu". I deleted it from that manager, but Airbnb won't let me add OwnerRez in its place. I am getting the following message:

    "You may only authorize one property management app to manage your account."

    The prior manager appears on top right of my airbnb listings page as "Smoobu Sync" but doesn't allow you to delete it. The Airbnb suppo...

    #2 if you're pushing it into a template, what about using a custom field on the booking? It wouldn't be on the charges page, but you would be able to populate it and use it in the template.
    yes that would work, I have to add a custom field on booking level and populate it time of booking ? then it will be visible to be added to the email template?

    2) you do not need to attach agreement to Airbnb. OR handles it. You can set up trigger email once ABB booking is imported that sends the link to ABB guest to esign rental agreement AND collects all the renter info (actulay email, phone, address) and instructs them to send ID. You just need to disclose!!!! that as requirement in ABB house rules. All automated and easy. I don't ever use ABB portal t...
