I am running the Tax Detail report for Last month:

The priority numbering states that higher numbers take precedence... but the sorting in the list doesn't seem to recognize that (1 is sorted before 2). Is the higher number truly the priority? I don't want my channel-bridge imported VRBO bookings to email a link to the direct-booking rental agreement.

Do you have longer mins, where in gaps you don't want to give a 2 night min? If so, I see what you're saying there.
If two nights in gaps is fine, do a rule of "During Gaps, use this minimum instead: 2 nights" and it'll apply what you're wanting.

If you preview your agreement (I assume you're talking about the "BOOKINGRA" agreement) against bookings, they are showing 1 day because the booking rule is 1 day. Yes, the property level is 2 days but it's getting changed to 1 at the booking level.

You actually can do that second message trigger already ;-) -- here's how:
1) Create an "at a scheduled time" type trigger 1 day after arrival
2) Go down to the Booking Fields and add a booking criteria for number of nights >= 2

She kept set one locked in the owners closet for emergency use, set 2 was in use by the "current" guests and set three was taken home by her and washed / folded at her leisure.
