I have worked around this but the result is multiple discount definitions that often do the same thing.

To make this task easier I know I would benefit from the following 2 upgrades to defining discounts.

#1 ability to export, make modifications to exported data, and import new discount information back in

#2 ability to have discounts remain dormaint (ACTIVE FLA...

    Hi guys,

Is there a way to break down by adults, children and pet total on the booking page for the month? Presently it just give one total for adults and children. I would like to see 4/2/1 or something like that for 4 adults, 2 children, 1 pet. Can that be done easily?

This is under BOOKING tab, month by month, overview.

    Thanks,
    Claudia

Now they are asking for last 2 years of tax returns saying this is "high risk". WUT? I have over 800 credit score and I am not even applying for a loan, mind you. All this nuisance is not worth to save .025 over stripe. I have be...

It would be very useful to have the ability to set the send criteria by hours or days.

for example - I currently send an email with the lock code a day before and then a reminder 2 hours before arrival. For the 2 hour reminder, I send both email and SMS.
I also like my emails to arrive mid-morning or mid-afternoon so as to get to the guests outside of the normal rush times for other emails/work ob...

I have 2 taxes - a 9.75% state and 3% county. I have one tax line item for total 12.75% and I break tax down into 2 parts and remit accordingly on my own. Showing potential guests multiple tax lines is not a good marketing idea imo.

There is definitely a way to add automatic discounts for certain lengths of stay.

    Let's take Paul's exact example:

    1) customer stays 4 nights, a discount of 10% per stay is given
    2) customer stays 5 nights, a discount of 12% per stay is given

Go to Surcharges & Discounts (under Settings), click Create and then fill it in like so:

    1) Set the type to Discount

...when you have your arrival/departure dates splitting across two seasons, the rate engine is pricing EACH side of the season individually.

So let's say that a 3 night stay splits across a season with 2 days in the first season and 1 day in the second season. It's looking at the first part and looking for a 2 night rate for that season "section", and then looking for a 1 night rate for the second s...

For a single property, that means that if you get at least $2,000 per month in revenue, BeyondPricing will end up being more expensive than PriceLabs (1% of $2,000 = $20), but if you're just renting a small, cheap condo part-time or in a slow season, BeyondPric...

My costs are figured as rounded-off averages per month (e.g. $150 for electric, $50 for water...
