After talking to my account manager, Elavon offers, what they call, tiered pricing. The account manager explained that they offer 3 tiers currently:

I'm still testing it out on 2 of my 8 properties, but it's been a weird channel for me.
I use Payments By Booking (I guess I could try to call them and convince them to let me run payments myself, but eh). One nice thing: they don't seem to pass along any kind of credit card transaction fee, so that's an extra ~3% I earn.

This continues to happen. I have a new theory, my settings in AirBnB didn't allow guests to book "Same Day". I just modified these settings on 2 of the units and left them in place for the other 2. I'll let you know what this shows!

Okay, I will wait to hear today. Also, the issue we have right now is only tied to our 2 new accounts. These are new listings that we’re trying to get published on our website and VRBO to collect bookings ASAP.
