    ...ere is any application that integrates calendar and wifi thermostats. meaning if I have a 3 night gap and property is not occupied, I want to set temps higher (or lower) to save on utilities.
    I have 2 (soon will be 4) Honewell 9000 series wifi thermostats and also Bryant Evolution Connex (2 thermostats) also wifi.
    I imagine such app would use my existing log in to those respective apps or portals...

    I'm trying to do similar. drop my 3 night minimum to 2 nights on Air and My own site (going to leave it at 3 nights on Booking.com as i can't work out how to do this)

    So far I'm thinking of adding a 50% Surcharge on 2 night stays on Air and My site.

    Help! I have a booking for October 2-6. This condo sold and closed on 10/5 meaning the old owner is due rents for October 2-4 and the new owner is due rents for 10/5 with the 6th being the check out day.     #2 {TOMORROWSDEPARTURES} same as above but just departures

    In our case we would use these to send to cleaners, inspectors, and maintenance personnel via email in the morning day prior to.

    Hi guys,

    Is there a way to break down by adults, children and pet total on the booking page for the month? Presently it just give one total for adults and children. I would like to see 4/2/1 or something like that for 4 adults, 2 children, 1 pet. Can that be done easily?

    This is under BOOKING tab, month by month, overview.

    It gives and error something about 2 rows for reservation. Just to be clear, AirBNB doe not have taxes in my area, so how I handle it, is that after initial acceptance of the request, I send "price alteration" for additional amount" that is for tax.
