The Background

TGIF Everyone!😊
Effective starting January 20, 2021, Airbnb is updating their extenuating circumstances policy for what sounds like a positive change for hosts. The new policy will only cover the following events:
* Changes to government travel requirements. This does not include a guest's personal circumstances related to authorized travel.
* Declared emergencies and epidemics. Diseases that...

Hi everyone, Paul here from OwnerRez! As we reach the end of 2020, I wanted to reach out to everyone and explain some changes we're making to our pricing. Yes, that pricing - the monthly fee you pay to use our awesome software.
Some of you have already seen the updated pricing calculator (/pricing) or new Costs & Fees (/support/articles/costs-and-fees) article. Others may be reading this be...
Yes, we have a feature for more than 2 payments in the works, no ETA yet.
In the meantime, what you can do to schedule and customize these emails per booking is use a custom field definition: I see you've got a couple of fields in there already for the guest to fill out when they're reserving. This will be similar, but instead of the guest f...
After talking to my account manager, Elavon offers, what they call, tiered pricing. The account manager explained that they offer 3 tiers currently:
* 1.95% and $0.25 per transaction item
* 2.65% and $0.29 per transaction item
* 3.35% and $0.29 per transaction item
1 applies when the guest uses a personal credit card (card issuer, M/C, Visa doesn't matter).

If they are rated "overall" rated a 2 AND are rated a 2 OR a 3 in any other area, AND have no violations or damage, I want to send message B.
It would be awfully nice if there were a more complex trigger option where we can sp...
...play, so I succeeded to remove the date search bar by adding some CSS, however, I can't resolve two issues:
1) I'd like to remove/hide "X Properties" where X shows the number of available properties
2) In a content/sidebar layout, only 2 properties shown in a row although I made the size smaller by adding some CSS. How could I show 3 properties in a row (if there is enough space)?
Here is the CS...
...uld like to keep the base rates higher (equivalent to rate for 8-10 guests) and charge less per additional guest or change the minimum free guest setting to 8 guests so that they only have to pay for 2 additional guests if at all.
Here's an example:
1. Off season rate: $300 per night for upto 4 guests and $25 per guest from 4+ to 10. i.e For 10 guests, the nightly rate would be $450....
You actually can do that second message trigger already ;-) -- here's how:
1) Create an "at a scheduled time" type trigger 1 day after arrival
2) Go down to the Booking Fields and add a booking criteria for number of nights >= 2
...When I had a private lady clean my condo in Myrtle Beach, I purchased 3 entire sets of linens for all the beds / baths / kitchen. She kept set one locked in the owners closet for emergency use, set 2 was in use by the "current" guests and set three was taken home by her and washed / folded at her leisure.
She would just exchange sets 2 and 3 every turn over which in my case is every Saturday....
This continues to happen. I have a new theory, my settings in AirBnB didn't allow guests to book "Same Day". I just modified these settings on 2 of the units and left them in place for the other 2. I'll let you know what this shows!

Thanks, Something is still off.
I removed TN Sales 7% and County Sale 2.75%.
Only left 3% county lodging. Updated settting on Airbnb to only keep 3%.
Tax is overstated. Total tax should be $329, I see $364.
$471 x 5 nights = $2,353
Cleaning fee = $225
Service fee = $364
Occupancy taxes and fees = $364
Total
$3,306
