...the hosted website (brooklynescape.com).
In an ideal scenario, it'd be great if I could set it up as follows:
1. The "Contact Us" link is basically a mailto for owner@brooklynescape.com.
2. Any incoming message to that address shows up as an Inquiry in OR.
3. I can reply to any inquiry from within OR.
Is this possible? Thank you!

...Our email/CRM overhaul needs to happen so that "contacts" are more entity independent from bookings, quotes and inquiries.
That being said, we understand how very important integration is in the Web 2.0 world. We were one of the first software packages to integrate with HomeAwayConnect calendar, for instance, and we're the only one I know of that updates it in near real time. Same with FlipKey....

Our Total Sales/Accommodation Tax is 12.275%.
It consist of:
State Tax 2.9%
County Tax 3.475%
City Tax 5.9%
It would be great if we could set a combined tax of 12.275%, and then see a report that would show each of these three taxes separately - to know how much tax we own to each agency.

It would be very helpful if OwnerRez had such customization options for the menus of its hosted websites.
...sible to do this manually because you never know how many days a guest will book, so you cannot calculate this until the guest makes a selection. As an example, let's say you have your rates set to $200 per night with a cleaning fee of $100. If you choose to roll this fee into your rates to give the appearance of no fee, this is the way it would work below.
Software adjusts your rates based on...
Hello,
I am a brand new user of OwnerRez. Per the title, when attempting to import my listings (2 total) from VRBO, I am getting an error message. In particular, the message says "Please correct the errors below: The server returned an error resposne (429 429)". This occurs on both of my listings.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
...ing payments on the booking -- you can make however many scheduled payments you want. But we're planning to officially support that so it shows up on the checkout and works for other payment types.
#2 if you're pushing it into a template, what about using a custom field on the booking? It wouldn't be on the charges page, but you would be able to populate it and use it in the template.
Good catch. A separate sort order field for custom fields is on our to-do list, I'll see if I can get with Chris and get it increased in priority.
In the meantime, you can order them with a prefix that will sort alphabetically, a la: 1) 2) or a) b)
I recently made a suggestion on this very topic. I found this 2011 comment while searching for something else.
It is important to have a workflow that does capture all of the emails so you can see them 1) grouped and 2) all in the same location
I think this could be done in Gmail (as the primary repository) and then links to launch OwnerRez when you need it.
FYI
My comment was:

Will this then have the platforms raising the nightly rates they advertise and thus lower on search ranking for price? by Scott J (/forums/users/347377802) – Dec 2, 2023 9:24 PM (UTC)
Platforms can do this with or without a cleaning fee. Anyone who knows what platforms will do EXACTLY can share this info. I do not know that.

...ame for every single line item. Some reviews came from one property the rest came from the other property. But the IDs is in that column are all the same. by Scott K (/forums/users/347439840) – Nov 20, 2023 5:36 PM (UTC)
If those are incorrect, you can edit the values to apply the correct property's ID and try? Maybe try with 1-2 rows.
