1. Not having ACH by channel bridge is fine.
2. A "PENDING" status is fine. Most of my bookings are 4-6 months in advance, so pending a few days is no problem
3. As my bookings are 4-6 months in advance, the chargeback on an ACH won't be possible by the time they check in, so this would be a preferred payment method for my properties.

Another question, if the guest booked less than 2 weeks ago but their arrival date is less than 30 days away, are they not allowed to purchase the CFAR because the travel date is less than 30 days away? No matter what, in order to get TI or CFAR TI they must be 30+ days away; am I understanding this correctly?

yep. April is blocked bc our area asked for it. and reduced airbnb availability to 90 days so essentially only 2 months booking window. Even that is moot as there are 0 inquiries
It'd be great if we could define the gap length between bookings and minimum nights for this gap. I'd like to be able to have 2-night bookings for 3-night gaps.
