We had a pipe freeze in Apartment 5 two days ago and moved our guest to Apartment 4. The guest is thrilled because he got an apartment twice the size for a month.
However now I have 2 apartments blocked for nearly 30 day each.
Airbnb said if they change it it won't stick because of Ownerrez.

I have received 2 bookings this morning. They are imported into OwnerRez okay, but none of my booking confirmation emails or copies of emails sent are coming through to me today. Is anyone else seeing this? One booking was from Airbnb and the other from Booking.com.
I am wondering if it is my email or an OR issue.

It will require some fine tuning, but you would utilize seasons with a 2 night minimum set and arrival departure rules in place to restrict when your guests can come and go.
