    1) With the new AirBnB API integration I have a "Channel Rules" question. Currently I do not allow an ABB guest to instant book. On the new OR page to "Edit Airbnb Channel" the 2nd field has to do with "Instant Booking." There is no choice for "inquiries only." What do I do if I do not want any instant bookings?

    ...o when preparing for the transition. No fault of OR, some folks may have already been pushing fees to Airbnb, but we were not, and only used the platform fee input fields, which all get overwritten.

    It would also be nice to allow the dynamic pricing integration to bundle the 2 prices and increase/decrease the bundled price. This would help ensure there aren't strange things happening outside OwnerRez that need to be separately managed manually and would easily allow for the correct splits across owners for bundled listings, based upon the pricing each owner gets.

    I've also had weird stuff with air bnb conversations. 2 seperate enquiries from the same person for different properties. One enquiry appears voided but the conversation link takes me to the active enquiry. I have emailed support with more in depth details.

    1. At the moment, you can't: Airbnb's API does not support request-to-book, only instant booking. If request-to-book is a hard requirement, you cannot use the Airbnb API.

    There are 2 contracts going on:
    One between renter and VRBO ( they pay service fee to vrbo for privilege of using vrbo's site)
    One between renter and you (they pay you for privilege to stay in your house).

    What I did not like with pricelabs (and I did do a free trial) that you have to pay whether you have bookings or not in a given month. For 3 properties it was something like $42. I like Wheelhouse's pricing better- only the bookings processed through them are billed a percentage.
    Overall still on the fence about benefits or dynamic pricing( and I have done it for 2+ years on some platforms) . ye...
