    Correct -- I'm currently on version 21 of the Zap (Lord have mercy!) and that's the one that's published and in use. 

    In case it helps you dig into it as well, the Zapier support reply did state this as to that number that appears to be a Guest ID in the error I receive:

    Yes, browser alerts on all major browsers (both mobile and desktop) are on the roadmap, as soon as iOS support comes out of beta:

    Ultimately they will work everywhere - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.

    I can't think of a way to trigger a Zap "if there is a gap of more than 2 nights". We do not currently support OwnerRez triggers directly to Zap. 

    This should be doable with a delayed Zap I think. Booking Create and Booking Update triggers include the arrival day, so you could use that to schedule a future action (Zapier delay action?) which turns on the pool heat.

    Is there a way to have anyone signing the legal agreement behind a VPN block or trigger a notification that it could be fraud? 

    We had 2 bad guests recently and the IP addresses on the legal agreements were both blocked by a VPN. I think this could help be a warning of trouble to come.

    ...e months, if a booking is wanting Wednesday they would need a min of 4 nights, on Thursday it would be 3 nights, same on Friday 3 nights, and Saturday 3 nights, and then Sunday / Monday / Tuesday are 2 nights.

    I'd also like all holiday (US holiday) weekends to require 3 night stays ....I subscribed to the holiday US list but perhaps I still need to set a "seasons" of holidays ?

It would be easier to have Set Rules>Arrival/Departure (or Set Change Over as you suggested) and then have 2 columns of Radio buttons for the 4 choices for each Arrival and Departure. That way the user could select just arrival, just departure, or both all in one step. Reduced manual workload :-)

    ...that no one can arrive/departure on any of the days of that season.  You typically want to pinpoint some exact dates to exclude arrival/departure, not entire seasons.  But yes, if your season is 1 or 2 days, you can do it that way as well.  That might mean you have multiple overlapping seasons.

    Or, imagine if it was possible to choose and say that 1) property A's rates are the same as Property B's 2) property A's rates are x% lower or higher than Property B's 3) property A's rates are B's prices -+10

    If this was possible, potentially you could define rates for 1 property and maintain rates for 10,20,30 ... properties.
