    I was able to 'answer' the email, but as I was poking around I couldn't find a way to initiate a 2nd email. For instance, suppose I had forgotten to mention something... The masked vrbo email is available in OR, but of course I'd want the email to be sent via OR so it remains in the history.

    I have a 2 payment system set up. 200 at booking then balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

    I had a guest who needed some extra time to pay and I agreed. Last night, her card was charged "automatically" and over drew her acct.

    I'd rather have guests authorize each payment VS automatic charges to their accounts.

    Am I missing a setting?

    I have two properties.

    How do I set two emails that will have a 2 different "From" so the guests know that I am responding with my business email.

    Is that possible? Or we only have one email account that we use to respond to the guest regardless of what property it is.

    ...ritical. I don't need to tell them a maximum, and in fact a maximum is misleading. I can't specify a maximum during season because that number changes depending on what day during that season it is.

    1. Add a guest address field to the bookings area. I like to keep track of their physical addresses in case I want to send them something later.

    2. Under "source" of booking, it would be cool to have "Repeat Guest" and "Other" as two of the selections in the pull-down menu. Maybe the Other could allow the person to fill in a source. There are new sources happening all the time with all the hoopla...

    I was trying to get a rental agreement signed and he kept telling me the dates were displaying incorrectly under the "tags" used. I used the two above inserts and the dates kept coming out 2 days out. He eventually sent me a copy of what it was displaying and he was correct.

    I get a cancellation from BDC for October 2022 and my OwnerRez calendar is updated appropriately.  My Airbnb still has the booking.
