    Hi Jackie, Did you ever receive an answer to this question? I have the same one. A guest wanting to do a payment schedule while I only see a way to allow for 2 payments (the deposit + balance due). Would LOVE to know the solution.

    ...-- even if you can't get set up a rule to cover a scenario for instant book, you will be able to set up the payments exactly how you want on a quote before you send it (as opposed to being limited to 2 like it is now).

    There isn't currently a way to export content to VRBO except for the API integration, but that requires 5 properties.
    I am planning to duplicate 2 out of my 3 listings as PPB. So I will have 5 total. Once I have that I can turn API on?

    2) Also, I saw a forum discussion that ABB does not allow/enable attaching a rental agreement for guests to sign. True? Their policy or other? Thoughts?

    ...t showing cumulatives (ie: annual) nights per booking clearly includes months with zero bookings.

    The report shows my annual at about 1 booking/night for the year, when every month with bookings is 2 or 3 nights.

    Can y'all fix this? Would be best to calculate the annual across the full year, same as I imagine is being done for each month. Using an averages of averages isn't the right approach...

    I am struggling with (as new VR owner) pricing. These are the factors going through my mind:

    1) Our high season is essentially May into November. I have lost May, June, July

    2) Everyone says to lower prices until you get at least 3 positive reviews on each property.

    3) ABB Smart Pricing suggests Base, High and other prices. But a lot of owners say Smart Pricing is unreal...

    I have auto responder set up for VRBO. yesterday had 2 inquiries, I do not see inquiries appearing in OR and no auto responses. I wonder if there is an issue with VRBO sending out emails or OR capturing them and responding.

    ...do this. My guests really appreciate these letters, even though it will automatically be done now (if paid via CC). Especially, the ones paying via check, appreciate these emails. I send them out 2 weeks prior to 30/60 days prior to arrival. Plenty of time for them to put money in their account, if need be, and send the checkout in time.

    Many hotels now offer guests two types of a rates: 1) regular rate with flexible cancellation and 2) a discount rate that's nonrefundable. This is a great strategy to generate reliable bookings further out on the calendar. Help desk indicates that OR does not currently support this use case.

    Hi all.

    Anyone having VRBO issues?

    In the last 2 days I’ve had 4 emails from them.

    VRBO listing integration

    VRBO unit availability integration

    VRBO lodging rates integration

    all with Advertiser index processing failed with error.

     

    I’ve run the listing quality analysis and everything looks ok.

    Any thoughts?

    yes, but you do not want to get reviews at the expense of having risky guests, do you? If anything, I would lower rates on VRBO but not Airbnb and Booking as latter 2 are supplying more risky guests generally.

    FYI - last month we were finally approved for Airbnb API integration, and we are currently waist deep working on it. It is a full (2 way) integration just like we have for HomeAway. We are looking to test beta users on it probably end of Q3 or beginning of Q4.

    Hey Jennifer -- click and drag down on the bottom right corner of the Description box (just above the "Insert Field" button), where it shows 2 angled lines. That allows you to temporarily expand that box so you can view/edit your full description more easily!
