    I have my properties set with a 2 day lead time because I can’t always accommodate same day booking. AirBnB is still allowing them and since I’m setup on ownerrez, I can’t change the setting direct in AirBnB. How do I get the lead time feature to work correctly so they can’t book same day….     Well, speaking specifically of Lynnbrook, I know some clients have rates with them less than 2% - it all depends on their underwriting of your company. You may want to reach out to them for a re-evaluation.

    Also, they can give you reports in many different ways, so don't stay stuck with reports that don't work for you.
