    You pretty much nailed it - the 2 payments was built into the original code.  We definitely understand that this needs to change, and it will, but it's a major rework effort that hasn't quite made it to the top of the list considering the large amount of work involved. It will eventually for sure, but, I do not know when.

    Any update on this feature?

    The speed of new feature adds is painfully slow. It appears that other PMs are iterating and adding features 2-3x faster. At this pace OR won't be the "go to PMS" for much longer. I really hope there's some plans in place to hire more Devs to keep up.

    I know this may be counter productive but is there a way to turn off "automatic" third party alerts so I can send these manually?

    I try to give my cleaning staff 1 - 2 weeks notice of incoming guests vs at the time of booking so they are "current" with my guest list.

    On the Amenities Page, please add "Trundle Bed" to Bedrooms > Beds. That is the type of bed that pulls out from underneath another one. To save room, you can change the heading to Bunk Bed/Trundle Bed. They are essentially doing the same thing - 2 beds in one small area.

    A couple of follow up question. If I enter a booking in ownerrez manualy that was taken from external site (example via Flipkey or HA), and then provide a link to submit security deposit.
    1. Is it still a "hold" on the card? Or an actual payment?
    2. Do the guest signs the rental agreement again here on OWnerRez, or not?
