    The speed of new feature adds is painfully slow. It appears that other PMs are iterating and adding features 2-3x faster. At this pace OR won't be the "go to PMS" for much longer. I really hope there's some plans in place to hire more Devs to keep up.

    ...even think to look if OR had it. I was flabbergasted when I went to make my final changes from one PMS to OR with regards to messaging and I couldn’t. So now I have been stuck for 6 months paying for 2 PMS because I can’t just leave behind my staffs access to messaging and I refuse to give them access to everything in the business.

    One feature that I would love to see as part of this functionality:

    Ability to set a rule that would automatically block X nights following a stay that is at least Y nights long.

    Example:

    * automatically block 1 night following a stay that is 30-60 nights
    * automatically block 2 nights following a stay that is 60 nights or longer

    ...for both STR and MTR.  We have rules in PL to block short stays for dates that are far away (e.g. 30 nights are required for any dates that are 7+ nights in the future; inside of 7-nights, flip to a 2-night minimum).  The gradual last minute discounts are also very effective in driving people to book a 30+ night stay that includes more of the more heavily discounted nights.

    We have long term stays often and would really love the automatic option to add a number of days at the end of a reservation. For instance 30 days-add on day between bookings. 60 days add 2 between bookings etc.
