    ...s within the booking. When someone buys a basket or a couples massage (set up as "surcharges") during their booking process, we want to 1) tag the booking with the surcharge automatically which would 2) allow us to send an email out for any booking with that particular tag.

    It would be great to customize the timing that I want to set and run the risk as I feel appropriate. I understand that if I set it too close, then it may not go through. But if there's too much time, then a guest could review back. But customizing the timing (10 seconds before, 30 seconds before, 1 min, 2 min, etc.) would allow OR users to find the best timing that works for their comfort level.

    ...ely a pipe started leaking so I moved them to another apartment. It took 4 days for me to get the leak and everything tidied up.

     

    So I have 1 apartment blocked out with an Airbnb booking for 2 more weeks which doesn’t have anyone in it.

    The 2nd apartment has the guests in and I’ve blocked it off for the rest of their stay.

    Is it possible to unblock the first apartment?

    More detail on my post in hope this conversation may assist someone else…We were not attempting to keep any money. We were trying to refund a guest in full for the amount they paid to us (which was 1/2 of the total rental) subtracting only the Bambora refund transaction fee. Guest agreed to that. Instead we will mail a check to guest for total amount they paid to us and skip the ORez/Bambora online...

    I use the Booking List view every day to filter for bookings that have not yet provided a copy of their ID and have not yet signed a rental agreement (2 actions using the report). Each time I have to set up the filters to see what I'm looking for I wish that it was possible to create a filter in the booking list view and be able to save it so that going forward I can just look at that report easily...

    Yes I just have a lot of last minute bookings and over 50 cleanings a month- sometimes 25 a week and different cleaners work on different days so I think I need a way to run a report based on which cleaner is working that property on that departure day so then I can specify the report to run for a certain cleaner 2 times a week looking forward maybe 3 weeks at a time..

    Lynnbrook, Helpful. You have to have 1) rental agreement 2) renter's ID 3) all pertinent documentation (emails, texts etc). Chargebacks are relatively infrequent if you have a good rental agreement, and important things initialed via custom fields during booking (such as cancellation policy., no pet etc) so that renter cannot claim that "they didn't know".
