    2. Find the message to use

    3. Copy the message by hand

    4. Paste the message into my reply to the guest by hand

    5. Manually replace all the field codes

    Thanks for the timely response!  If you're working on it, I can tolerate it.

    But since you asked what else could be fixed:

    (1) Ability to resize the panels

    (2) When opening the inbox, the main panel should show the latest message, not a blank screen (maybe this is just my preference)

    (3) Filtering is great (thank you!) but it would be nice to have a search function.

    The way AirBnB displays availability is not what it should be. Definite PITA for many of us. I'm not sure what your goal is (maximizing nights booked, not splitting a weekend, etc.) but would it help if you said all bookings had to be a minimum of 6 nights but then did Gap Nights with a minimum of 2 or 3?

    Nice - this is actually a really useful approach but looks like a Facebook Page would need 2,000 followers before it can be used. So I imagine most owners cannot take advantage of this. Too bad, I'd probably do it if it was as easy as dropping widgets onto a Page.
